Wanted to make a game but can

#1 No Terrible movement		When you send in a sprite, make sure he has basically ALL the frames of him in has basic movements. Nothings worse in a game than having a Sonic with 2 frames for walking.
#2 Try NOT make it jumpy		When you have made your character, try him in a scrollin 320x200 vrsion to see if he's jumpy, If he's jumpy he makes the screen go up and down as he moves, this is very irritating.
#3 try doing something different, not something tat has already been done many times		Having 10 of the same thing gets rather boring, try something creative (e.g Big the cat, Ray squirrel)
#4 No Fan Characters.		don't send me any sprites like Rune the Echidna.
#5 When sending a background, please make it ALL about one level		I will not accept a backgrond which is just a muddle of different background, ad when makin, include scenry as well (e.g flower, palmtree) ad also have ground for the level.
#6 make it good		obviously, don't send me anyting that looks like <-- this. It looks shocking and a doubt anyone would like it very much.
7# Only 1 version of a Background! UNLESS You've mde better		If I already the a Angel Island pack, don't send me another one, there are MANY different levels from Sonic, try another one. BUT if one isn't too flash, BUT you have created one which is better than the one already up here, this will go over the old one.
#8 No Colour Changing Characters		I do not want to have a orange Coloured Sonic called "super hyper Sonic" or something, hese aren't eally useful in any way. So NO characters with a new coat of paint please
#9 Sonic CD backgrounds HAVE to have Past, Present, Future and good future	none	when sending a Sonic CD background, it MUS have the different time structures in it, I had a poll, and people voted t have thi rule, so there!
