Introduction
This page is a collection of intriguing, mysterious and downright goofy infromation about the (official) Sonic the Hedgehog line of games. It deals with everything from Sonic the Hedgehog on the Master System to Sonic Adventure
on SEGA Dreamcast. It's basically an archive of weird STH data the author has collected since 1998, when Andre Alex Dirk had shown the world his interesting Sonic 2 cartridge. Most of the info here is exclusive unless it was "borrowed" by others. Meaning there is stuff here you won't find anywhere else! The original authors of the finding have been listed where I myself am not the author. |

Sonic the Hedgehog (Page 2)
More hidden stuff Take a look at the description of Special Stage' s items in the manual. A picture of extra life icon is clearly visible, but that extra life icon
is not located anywhere in any special stage! But you can find it with the debug mode... Hidden rooms accessible via debug mode. Extra life icon is there, so are a couple of Chaos Emeralds and a "Zone 3" icon. (What???) When having debug mode turned on during the ending sequence you can place a strange looking plant into the level. If you run into it, you will be bounced back just like in Spring Yard Zone! Speaking of Spring Yard Zone, why can you place a Catakiller there? A few mysterious locations are in the game. You cannot reach them except if you use Debug. If you dont't believe what you see, write down the locations featured in the top-left corner of the screenshots and go there yourself. Mysterious Scrap Brain location (start). The pipe below should take you UP, but it takes you DOWN instead! Walk right, and you will run over series of collapsable bridges. Those power-ups contain an extra life and four super rings. They are UPDATE: It appears that if you have 50 rings when entering that pipe, you'll be taken up and reach the described locations! Thanks to Stealth and Jose Carlos. This is a mysterious location in Spring Yard. Everything is made so Sonic can walk freely inside the wall. The trouble is you can't get inside and you can't get out! This is where you end up. No entrance-no escape! I also discovered this little secret: When at the end of Scrap Brain act 2, use debug to get past the barrier where Robotnik is. Before he touches the button, you can actualy hit him! But you will not harm him - you will just bounce back. Suprisingly - he can harm you! Once he is standing on the button this whole thing deactivates and he becomes "invincible" again. Previous Page - Next Page |
